NEW 3 D Passenger Car Ends 95% as wide

On the printer

The structure to hold the car end and the start of the printing of the car end. 8/11

This is the results of printing on the uPrint center and MakerBot right.

It is unfortunate that the print was about 5% to large. We redid the drawing to the correct size.

This is a new drawing of the car end which has been converted to a .stl for printing.

Because the objects in the drawing allowed me to use the laser cutting drawing as a background and place a 95% size of each of the details on the new drawing.

Printer ready passenger car ends developed by Paul Wussow with Jack Zimmer and Bob Knobbe 7/14/15

Laser cut car ends

This is a test run of the new ends for Jack Zimmer's IC passenger cars. They will replace the metal end as he continues to light the cars with LEDs.

The HO scale car ends were cut on the laser at The Fab Lab Three Lakes.

The design is a copy of the original parts redrawn by Paul Wussow.
